The nutritional value of orangeade

It is no secret that oranges are rich in vitamin C. Apart from being a vitamin valuable for the body’s defence, oranges also contain sugars, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, and are rich in carotenoids and selenium (a powerful antioxidant), phosphorus, calcium, and folic acid. Thanks to the antioxidant components, oranges shield our body against cancer. They are also particularly beneficial to pregnant women, as they stimulate the placenta with the folic acid they contain. So in essence, oranges are good for us.  Just the same as an orangeade or a glass of LOUX Fresh Orange Juice.
